Delivery Options

Chippy does not offer a delivery service but if your business already manages delivery drivers or you have partnered with another company to make deliveries, you can enable this as an option for your mobile app.

To do this go to the Delivery Tab on for your Store

To enable delivery for the Store

  • Select Yes to enable delivery for the store, by doing this your customers will see this as an option when ordering from that store
  • Enter the Estimated Wait Time for a delivery, this will give indication to the customer as to how long they will wait for the order
  • Enter the Delivery Range in meters, this will ensure that the customer can only place a delivery order if their address is within that Range
  • Enter the Fixed Delivery fee, this is the amount that the customer will be charged in addition to their order for the delivery
